Frankenstorm Monday

Since we're going to be cooped up inside alllll day today, let's recap my weekend, shall we?

It started, as it usually does, with a CSA pickup.

Pretty carrots. Who knew?

Then, I got unicorn'd up and headed to Park Slope for pumpkin carving and brownstone dance parties.

And my favorite part of the night—running into Jareth. You have no power over me.

On Sunday morning, we were up bright and early to get laundry done before the Frankenstorm rolled into town. There was a strange mood in the streets—people were stocking up on food and water and getting back home. You know something's up when most of Williamsburg brunch is dead.

And then I got my hair cut around the corner after a quick pitstop to fog the glass at Momofuku milk bar.

It was so quiet last night, I could barely sleep. Stay safe today, everybody.
