I got my film back from the Long Grove Strawberry Fest and it was all printed in negatives. The new film lab, confounded by square film, cross processing, and light leaks, had given me a roll with the sides shorn off into a rectangular form and wonky shades of pink all over the place.

Mad, upset, annoyed. I'd have to go back and do it again: then, I realized I had Photoshop.

Luckily, the files were also there in square form, and I flipped the colors from negative to positive. Huzzah!

In other news, my boss's 19 year old artist son from New York asked me today if his outfit was "too pretentious." I laughed. And it wasn't, at least not for New York.
